Project manager’s training could be considered a basic training seminar. It provides competency training for purchasing and selling of a playground and recreational sports equipment and managing building of a playground and/or recreational sports areas.

Despite being sometimes called “basic training”, this training covers well all aspects of safety but not risk assessment and making annual inspections. This training lays a good foundation for upgrading of competence to the Inspect level.

Project manager training meets the prerequisite for Project certification.

This training includes the first four (4) days of the Safe to Play training seminar schedule, plus distance learning:

  • 1st day: Overview to whole area
  • 2nd day: Standards
  • 3rd day: Designing
  • 4th day: Governing
  • Distance learning: Text book + task booklet
